To request a refund, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue (if applicable).


Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used food items

  • Perishable products (fresh produce, dairy, frozen items, etc.)

  • Items returned without original packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or

  • A replacement or store credit may be offered based on the situation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

If a return is requested and approved, we will provide the appropriate instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
